Each pack contains a month’s supply of 30 tabs (…depending on how much you love using them of course!)

We recommend our YOH tabs for little ones over the age of 7. However, if you want everyone in the family to use them, why not crush a YOH tab in an egg cup with a little water for the younger ones.

Our tabs have a very long shelf life, however we recommend you use them within 3 months opening.

YOH tabs come in a biodegradable resealable package. Simply close the zip every time you take a tab out. Also try to keep them in a drawer or cabinet to reduce exposure to moisture.
